We are Danadzhieva & Co, a Sofia-based Law Firm.

My name is Kristina Danadzhieva, attorney-at-law. In 2013, I was awarded a Master of Law degree at the Law Department of the New Bulgarian University. I am a descendant of the prominent Sofia lawyer and statesman Yordan Kachakov, born in the village of Byala Reka, Province of Borisovgrad, who served as Minister of Justice of the Kingdom of Bulgaria in the period 1932 – 1934, and this is where my inspiration and passion for law and justice, as well as my desire to continue the path of my ancestors, comes from. At that time, he actively supported and assisted in the restoration of the palace of justice located in the town of Parvomai, which was destroyed after the 1928 earthquake. From then on the building of the District Court of the town of Parvomai has housed the Court and the Prosecutor’s Office.

I am fluent in English, I actively work and cooperate under civil cases with Stoychev, Dr. Valkov and Co. Law Firm. Jointly with Dr. Grigor Valkov, attorney-at-law, I provide legal aid and defense under grave criminal cases aiming to prove civil claims lodged against natural persons.

We provide legal services and participate in the work of non-governmental organizations. In January 2023, I was admitted as an associate member to the Association of Police Heads and the Association of Friendship and Business Integration with Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.

I have extensive experience in the field of contract, commercial and family law. In the field of company law I have incorporated companies both in the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad. I have a long practice in mergers and acquisitions of companies with foreign participation.
